My brother ...morewent to see her for an ingrown toe nail and my mother accompanied him. Although the Dr. resolved the issue, my mother told me that her first impression was unpleasant and negative as soon as she walked in as no formal greeting was given. Zero!! Do you feel the need to be verbally abused and demeaned? Be sure to make a visit to this unpleasant "doctor". Her staff had ...morerescheduled my appointment and then had no record of the appointment when I showed up. They agreed to see me even though they were "triple booked". After waiting 30 minutes for my appt she finally came in and was very cold and condescending as I explained the problem. She was obviously annoyed that I had just showed up and expected to be seen when I had "missed" my appointment 2 weeks earlier! I explained in detail that her staff had rescheduled me and the error was theirs. A few minutes of her terrible attitude followed (including her insisting that I needed referrals that I had provided 1 1/2 months earlier) and I finally said "I'm done here." and went to the front desk to leave. I asked to be deleted as a patient there (they didn't know how) and get back the papers I had signed that day. They refused until I wouldn't leave w/o them. ...collapse
